To divine God man contemplates the things around him. He penetrates through meditation the character and properties of each part of nature, on earth, benesth it and in heaven. Like a chain he knew things visible are connected to the invisible.
But in as much as there are men who understand God trully there were also who were led astray of their wrong imagination.
To once and for all assist mankind in reaching true knowledge of Him, He sent teachers prophets and kings but people unable to contain their revelations they were killed in the name of god.
And so God send His Son. God incarnated as man. His Son does not speak about truth instead he said with authority EGO SUM VERITAS. I am the Truth.
He does not lead the people to the right way instead he said EGO SUM VIA. I am the way.
And to the dying soul, to the despairing hearts he said EGO SUM VITA. I am the Life.
And with that the world has known two worlds. The world of the past and the new world with Christ.
He taught us that to reach right understanding of God, to properly serve him and to correctly worship him is through our neighbors and nothing else.
His teachings:
Whatever you did to the least of my brethren you did it to me. Know you are temple of the Spirit of God. The kingdom of God is within you. God our Father is in heaven it is Son's Spirit that is within us made us cry ABBA FATHER.
One cannot cry Abba to God if he is not a son nor have the spirit of the son.
In that the true knowledge of God is at hand. For it is the spirit within will remind man about God correctly incontrary to the teachings of Christ.
