The truth of God is always UNIVERSAL. The truth that is true to all people of all kind, all colors, race, language, and time period. Since God is Eternal, His truth is timeless from the ancient time to the present and to eternity - His truth is always and will be as it is because like God who is immutable His truth is also immutable.
His truth is not and cannot be modified by the caprices or whims and wishes of man.
Hence, if God speak, he speak for all and to all because in all ways and means and in all levels of understanding and existence creation must and will always find its Creator and Source.
In finding and searching Him there is no ahead nor there is late, all and everyone at their own pace receive the understanding and salvation (soul elevation) from the same Author and God.
