Ave Maria Purissima...
The Baptism of the Catechumen is for the forgiveness of sins i.e. original [and present] sin[s], in this baptism a special place within the faculty or spirit/soul of the catechumen is created to become the dwelling place of the Spirit of the Son - which is the Indwelling Spirit. The Catechumen will receive the Indwelling Spirit, as per the sequence of events in the Gospel, after the Resurrection of Adonay Yeshua. The Apostles were baptized by John the Baptist and/or by fellow Apostles but not of Adonay Yeshua. After their baptism although they can already perform miracles and wonders using the name of Adonay Yeshua, still they do not have the Indwelling Spirit within them for as it was said, it will be given after HE is glorified.
So after the resurrection, Adonay Yeshua breathed on them and said "Receive the Holy Spirit" after that they were given authority and power to forgive and unforgive sins. Yet, they were still admonished not to leave the city until they were empowered i.e. baptized/sealed by the Holy Spirit; and that happened in Pentecost.
In the case of the Sacrament of Confirmation, again, as per the sequence of events in the Gospel and the traditional practice, the child or man will receive the second holy Sacrament which is the HOLY CONFIRMATION. Here, what man receive is the Indwelling Spirit through the rituals of the priest, and not yet the promised paraclete or helper [which is the heavenly spirit]. Man is not made a throne of spirit. Only MAHAL NA INGKONG can give new spirit and renew the man.
Literally, the Baptism of the Holy Spirit evidently made the apostles and the early christians an APO. For they recieve (ACCEPTAVIT) power (POTESTATIS) from the Most High God (OMNIPOTENTE). And this does not happen in the Holy Confirmation, man is not made an APO and he never received new name or called APO.
Now is it necessary that a baptized Christian be baptized by MAHAL NA INGKONG, the answer is YES. So, he can see and enter the Kingdom of God and be one of the multitude wearing white garments, as describe in the book of Apocalypse.
Baptism and Confirmation are mandatory requirements to receive all the other sacraments, at least with the Roman Catholic Church, but for us, Holy Sealing can be performed to anyone even unconfirmed. Holy Baptism is a general prerequisites.
Other Catholics received Baptism and Confirmation while other so-called Christians received Baptism alone. For the Baptism to be valid and accepted by God, the Holy Trinity must be invoked. It is to the mystery of the God in three Divine Holy Persons does a man is initiated i.e. baptized. For confirmation to be valid it must be administered by a valid bishop with valid apostolic line of succession and mandate.
Only the Sealed Servants have all the BAPTISMS, BAPTISM OF WATER AND THE HOLY GHOST i.e. SPIRIT. He received the Sacrament of Baptism, Confirmation and the Holy Sealing.
Praise be Beloved INGKONG now and forever!
