Mahal na Ingkong is the third person of the Most Holy Trinity, the Holy Spirit.
How do we know that it's His name? He, the third person of the Holy Trinity, revealed His name, a new name indeed, to the then seminarian, Brother Florentine Teruel, one of the sons of Maria Virginia, between the year [1968 and] 1969 at the garden of the Saint Joseph Seminary in Ateneo de Manila University, while having his early morning prayers and meditation. The name 'INGKONG' is the fulfilment of prophecy written by St.John at Patmos, spoken by the Holy Spirit Himself to the churches, about His New Name. Apocalypse 3:12-13
"He that shall overcome, I will make him a pillar in the temple of my God; and he shall go out no more; and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God, and my new name. As the Father have [personal] names and the Son whom we call JESUS the Christ, so thus the Holy Spirit has a name of His own. And this was revealed to US, the name INGKONG. As the Father and the Son so is the Holy Spirit- thus says the Athanasian Creed:
Alia est enim persona Patris alia Filii, alia Spiritus Sancti: Sed Patris, et Fili, et Spiritus Sancti una est divinitas, aequalis gloria, coaeterna maiestas. Qualis Pater, talis Filius, talis Spiritus Sanctus.
So thus the Athanasian Creed, one of the official creeds of the Catholic and Apostolic Church. It expressly defines what and who each person of the Holy Trinity. As the Father and the Son have their respective personal names, so thus the Holy Spirit. As the Father and the Son have their chosen people so thus the Holy Spirit.
The Significance of His Manifestation to Brother Florentine
The years when the Vatican II has just made its way of modifying and changing the course of the Western Roman Catholicism, the time when the Novus Ordo or the New Mass [April 1969] replaced the age old Latin Tridentine Mass, and the New Rites of Ordination and Consecration of Bishops, Priests [and Deacons] were promulgated [June 1968]. The beginning of the visible falling away of the many from the orthodox and catholic faith, when seminaries started to decrease its aspiring priests, when pentecostal and so called born again groups started to flourish! The time when gradually, people starts to lose their faith in the hierarchy of the Western Roman Catholicism.
His manifestation is significant, it ushers the beginning of his public and concrete manifestation to the world, as much as the Lord Jesus Christ, was born of the Virgin Mary, grew and started his public ministry at the age of 30,he spent his 29 years in active silence, so thus the Holy Spirit's actions were known by the apostles and the church beginning on the day of Pentecost to our time; and until when the time is ripe for his public manifestation. And that is through sanctified and made worthy flesh and blood of His creation, we hear concretely His voice, felt His touch and learned from Him. He is a Spirit, without flesh , blood and bones, thus He, at first
and in the last, uses Brother Florentine in His public ministry until He settled for several years (until 2005) with His Holy Covenant, Sta. Maria Virginia.The year of His manifestation is significant, for it ushers the founding of His Church and His Ministry of the true baptism in the fire and spirit, as much as the Father has the Pharasees, Scribes, Jews for his people, Judaism-Levites for His system of priesthood, Jerusalem as His city and location of the temple; the Son has the Jewish-Christian people, the One Holy Apostolic and Catholic for His church and with the apostolic line of succession as validating criteria of His mandate, so thus the Holy Spirit have the Apostolic Catholic Church, the tinatakan or sealed servants as His people, the Order of the Missionaries of the Holy Spirit, for His Priests and Nuns.
The picture at the left is Mahal na Ingkong's, during the holy sealing or 'pagta-tatak' of the chosen people ' hinirang'. A visible beam of light from heaven shines upon Him, what you are seeing is the face of the Holy Covenant, Sta.Maria Virginia. During the ganapan, Mahal na Ingkong sits on His throne and covenant.
