Let it be known to all Sealed Servants and Faithful Members of the Apostolic Catholic Church (ACC), with particular attention to its Ecclesiastical Body, the OMHS-ACC Clergies and Religious Women;
That it is needed, proper and important to safeguard the ranks and files, the True Faith and Pure Tradition of the ACC; and implement the strict adherence to the Evangelical Vows (Obedience, Chastity, Poverty and Acceptance), vested not solely and limited to the Ecclesiastical Members, but, extended to all Bonafide and Faithful Sealed Servants of Beloved ingkong.
That since time in memorial, yearly, in the period nearing the Lenten Season, different and several blogs, trials and tribulations come to ACC, individually or group, to challenge our genuine Faith and noble Tradition. Many times, these come from the former and present Officers and Members of the Congregation, the Order of the Missionaries of the Holy Spirit (OMHS).
That as part of the Tenets and Dogma of the ACC, let the following serve as rules, guidelines and reminders to all:
1. That since Beloved Ingkong has founded and fully vested His own Church already, the Apostolic Catholic Church (ACC), all Sealed Servants are required to participate and receive Sacraments, particularly, Holy Communion, solely and only from the bonafide clergies of the ACC. Suspended, terminated and more so, excommunicated Clergies can never be considered Vessels and Dispensers of Holy Sacraments. Communication with them is not advisable and specifically not recommended.
2. That Circulars, Mandates and Bulls from Beloved Ingkong, through the Patriarch as the Overseer and Protector of the ACC, have to be strictly adhered to and obeyed by all OMHS-ACC members. Do not invent the wheel. The Patriarch’s final decision on Church matters are NOT to be questioned and challenged, out of Respect and NEVER because of Infallibility,
3. That the Sealed Servant’s given Holy and Guiding Spirit (Tatak) is the only one and solely the Spirit that can use the body and consciousness of his/her Covenant. No Spirit of the Blessed Virgin Mary, St Maria Virginia and Beloved Ingkong will use any corporal body of a covenant, lest (in order not) They destroy God’s own mandate. This special and great privilege is given only to the known and pronounced ANOINTED of Beloved Ingkong, Himself. Further more, No One is to say that he/she is used by our Lord, Jesus Christ, acting and pronouncing words as if he/she is the Savior. This is a grave Mortal Sin. This will be too presumptuous on the part of any False Prophet and God’s abusive Messenger. Remember, the next or second coming of Jesus Christ is the MARANATHA or the JUDGEMENT DAY. Let this reminder serve as Final Warning before Termination with Excommunication to anyone, playing with and deceiving the faith and fate of their trusting innocent constituents. Its punishment and bad KARMA can go as far as to his/her fourth generation.
4. That having many followers through pretentious preaching and coercive activities is NOT always mean a good sign of the Divine Will of Beloved Ingkong. Many people are naïve and gullible. Satan usually takes advantage of the mediocre mind and simple faith of the people, yet, at the end, chaos, misunderstanding and curse is ensued. The respect is gone, unity is questioned and faith is destroyed.
5. That each clergy of the ACC-OMHS is bound to follow the rules and proper tradition of the Church. These are usually being endowed to the Pastoral Council of each Diocese for faithful propagation, observance and adherence. Neither nobody is above it, nor can circumvent it. No one in trance can and should perform the Holy Mass and other Sacraments. No clergy is allowed to invent and do services, not in accordance to the existing mandates of the Patriarch.
6. That in healing ministry, it is always a service of male healers to male patients and female healers to female patients.
7. That the Sacrament of Confession (Reconciliation) is to be observed and exercised by all, including the Clergies and Religious Women.
8. That no one, especially, the ACC-OMHS Clergies and Nuns, is allowed to partake and perform in any other churches’ activities without proper permission and/or dispensation from the Patriarch.
9. That No Sealed Servant, especially, OMHS-ACC Clergies and Nuns, to take advantage of the trust, faith and MONEY of the faithful, using their ranks, over and above their innocent and gullible members.
10. And lastly, that each member of the OMHS-ACC are required to renew their VOWS, yearly, on designated time and place, unless dispensation is ordered and given by the Patriarch, to officially and sacramentally perform and/or dispense their mandates.
That from the holy demise of the True and Faithful Covenant of God, the Holy Spirit (Beloved Ingkong), of St Maria Virginia in 2005 to the present year, 2011, the ACC with its prayerful and devoted leaders and members, has always come up victorious and united in its stand against libelous allegations and false accusations. This is through the Protection, Guidance and Inspiration of Beloved Ingkong, the Blessed Virgin Mary and St Maria Virginia.
That several so-called “churches” popped-up and registered themselves with the S.E.C. in the Philippines; each has some kind of relationship originally from ACC and each is claiming that it is the only true church of Beloved Ingkong, while, smearing and demeaning the Good Name and Integrity of the Apostolic Catholic Church, its Patriarch and Members. Nevertheless, with its teachings, belief and faith, its isoteric and ambiguous status, each can easily be classified as mere “Cult.”
That No One amongst these “cults” has come into open for public and church scrutiny. No major Council of Evangelical and Christian Churches and Interfaith (local and international), particularly, the CBCP of the Roman Catholic Church (RCC), the (NCCP) of the Christian Protestant Churches and the ECP of the Evangelical Churches, has ever recognized, accepted, supported and made fellowship with any of them. There are around 10 groups of these cults that is using and invoking the Holy Names of Beloved Ingkong, the Blessed Virgin Mary and St Maria Virginia, yet, defaming and abusing their Honorable Names and Countenance.
That the known infamous bloggers and immoral members, past and present, of the ACC-OMHS are, hereby, terminated, denounced and deleted from the roster of the ACC-OMHS. They are issued INSTRUMENT OF ANATHEMA (Excommunication) as they, themselves, excommunicated already theirselves.
That as the ACC Circular 2011-1A is resolved, and is finally resolved, as the Patriarch and Founding Bishop of the Apostolic Catholic Church (ACC) with its Congregation, the Order of the Missionaries of the Holy Spirit (OMHS), I, hereby affix my Name and Signature, on this 28Th day of February, in the year of our Lord, 2011.
